Recent reviews

I’m not sure what the app is for if it can’t accommodate digital parking passes. It prompts to enter vehicle information and add the digital pass to the phone wallet, but upon reaching out to customer service (following the onscreen directions in the app), I’m told the app doesn’t support digital passes. There is a huge disconnect from the abilities the app SAYS it has, and what the app actually does.

This app is garbage. It displays the wrong pass (an old pass) that was tied to my account previously before it was replaced and thus causes me HUGE issues when I’m trying to leave the garage. Then it magically reverts back to the correct pass if I toggle around in the app. What a joke.
