Got charged $28 for reserving a parking spot, at a lot that turned out refused to accept any cars. Have been calling and emailing for several days, and can’t get through to anyone to resolve this. Very frustrating!!

If you see “Event” parking specials, don’t make the mistake I did. They front load the time and leave a short amount of time on the back end for more $. Use another app like spot hero.
