I have used the app to book parking successfully many times. For one of my bookings, their system didn’t work, leaving me to find and pay for parking a second time. When I reported the incident, it took several months before they responded. Then they sent a series of questions in separate messages that I responded to before finally canceling my claim, saying I had been unresponsive. When I contacted them again, they sent a message asking for a video recording of the incident…from several months ago. How exactly am I supposed to record a video while using my phone to show a QR code? They clearly are uninterested in helping to resolve my issue.
