The very first time I used the app it charges me for 18 hours instead of 1. The buggy app recorded that I started parking at midnight in stead of the afternoon.

No phone support for incorrect charge and submission of online support form blocked by Cloudflare! I would not use this service but am forced because this is the only payment option for the parking lot
