Just hate everything about this app and AirGarage’s overly annoying parking enforcement policies.

When I parked it said $2.50 for two hours. I agreed to pay $2.50 for 2 hours. I ended my session well within the allowed time, then received a bill for $20.25! It took days of emailing them to get a refund. For some reason I was naive enough to think it was just an accident. Less than a month later, they did it AGAIN! Exactly the same 800% overcharge. Only this time the customer support was horribly rude and dismissive and would not give me a refund. Once is a mistake, twice is a business model. These scammers need to be removed from the App Store for fraud.
