The app is seen as a preferable browser substitute for therapy video but is dogged by recurring microphone permissions failures, missing patient landscape orientation, and persistent camera/video problems that hamper sessions. Microphone permission issues: app prompts for mic access but there is no option to grant mic permissions in Settings, or mic access stops working.

Recent reviews

This app is good enough that I prefer it to a browser-based video call, but I wish it would leverage more of the Apple SDKs to support features like Center Stage video and Liquid Glass buttons. Also, on iPad every time I take a photo of myself the orientation never switches to landscape.
