I am a veteran and I struggle with the VA Providers , so portal like this through community care are a huge help. I need help and I want to feel better , but the VA system just doesn’t care . So a option like this is great. I can sit in my home where I can be alone and comfortable, I don’t have to drive and hour , then to have to spend 30 minutes going from the parking lot to my clinic and then wait past my appointment. Here my appointments are on time . If something comes up I can reschedule and it’s not going to go against me . The video, sound , and format are great for this portal. I use my tablet which is perfect for me compared to a cell phone. But in a punch I can use my cell phone too, or a PC . Plus it’s is easier to connect to this portal vs trying to deal with VA Tele Med . I love my Therapist too! Keep up the great work !

I love doing the simple practice, telehealth health. I really do not like to leave my house so doing the virtual meetings are amazing for me and I just dearly love Sarah Shrader and the young lady that’s working with her right now. They’re both very very wonderful thank you, sincerely Tracy George.
