Started end of October 2025. Stuck to food plan about 90% of the time. No hamburgers, beef, chilly dogs, fried chicken, ice cream unless I was out to lunch and then I was careful. My total was 210 HDL when I started and 182 in April 2026. LDL went from 130 to 90. Normal across the board. I was more relaxed in the last month but still ate and measured food.thrilled. I think I will stay on it for a while longer. I have had lobster, blackened salmon, profiteroles, fried fish with chips, corn, beef sandwich, sandwiches, but not an awful lot only on occasion.. Anybody who’s a little disciplined and can spend the money on raspberries blueberries Chia seeds, should definitely do it. No drugs, people no drugs.
