User Reviews

Most reviews push a paid subscription model for anything beyond basic heart-rate tracking, with intrusive ads and unreliable readings. While the core HR feature is seen as free and somewhat reliable, users report inaccurate BP/glucose measurements, misleading pricing, and billing problems, making real-time health monitoring risky.
Pros
  • Basic heart-rate tracking works.
  • The basic HR feature is offered for free.
  • Some users find it helpful for heart patients.
Cons
  • Requires a paid subscription for most features; pricing cited as very high.
  • Ads dominate the experience (long ad cycles) before you can do anything.
  • Measurements are inaccurate or incomplete (no reliable BP or glucose readings; camera-based readings are unreliable).
  • False free-claims and upfront pricing are misleading.
  • Billing issues, including being charged after cancellation.

Have to pay a subscription to get more than a heart rate, which is also inaccurate according to my Apple Watch.

Terrible app if you have POTS, anemia, etc and are in need real-time monitoring. When you open the app, first you have to wait for TWO AD cycles while trying not to pass out. By time the ADs can be closed, your heart rate had already shifted. Absolutely awful to prevent monitoring until after ADs cycle. Carry your oximeter, this is not a suitable replacement.
