VB Method has been absolutely amazing. I started with 0 knowledge of pilates but with V’s videos I learned well and quickly. The recordings are so helpful and she is so good at describing what you should be feeling and how to move. V is also incredibly responsive on her app so if I have any questions she answers quickly. It’s like having a personal Pilates trainer in my pocket!

Pilates and weight training is a dream combination and VB Method is exactly that! It's allowed me to finally engage my deepest core muscles and I have more abdominal definition and strength than ever. I feel amazing after VB Method workouts, I look forward to it every time :)
