Body Core Pilates is a complete online programme that gives you weekly scheduled mat & reformer workouts as well as two live mat classes every week. You'll have full access to the full Body Core library of workouts designed to give you a positive physical and mental change.

Classes will cover strengthening, lengthening, flexibility, balance, mobility and posture with a mind body focus.
