recording quality continues to improve! the workouts are great and innovative, i feel like im getting much more connected to my core and improving my basic strength to do daily activity and also the sports i want to do otherwise. The website categories and functions are a bit clunky still but it does the job.

I love everything about this app and Amanda. First of all, the aesthetic is beautiful. I have had four postpartum seasons and the programs are perfect to slowly enter back into full time Pilates.
