I have been a member of B The Method for nearly 3 years and can honestly say I look forward to my time on the mat with Lia every day! I’ve been a team sports & competitive athlete my whole life and used to think I needed punishing workouts, but honestly, I’ve never felt stronger, more flexible, and leaner, and I’ve never been more accepting of my body and grateful for all it can do. I think it has to do with the incredible mind/body connection at the center of B The Method. I’ve never been so consistent and credit the variety Lia offers. Plus I LOVE that there is no music…just me, my breath, my zen, and Lia!

I have been doing B The Method for about two years and it has been the perfect fit for pregnancy and postpartum getting back into shape. Lia is incredibly creative, skilled at cueing, and doesnt have an “annoying instructor voice/attitude” that is so common in trainers. Will be following her programs until she decides to quit- which I hope is never!

I have been doing B the Method for four years and I love it. The workouts have evolved over the years and continue to challenge me and help me stay connected to and understand my body. I’ve used B the Method as a complement to high impact workouts and, for the past six months, have made B the Method my main workout. It works either way and Lia is an excellent coach.
