However, it suffers from reliability and coverage problems: long or unpredictable wait times, rides that don’t arrive, and zones that render many destinations unavailable. The app is frequently buggy—logins, addresses, maps, and payments fail—compounding the frustration. Service is notably limited in many areas and during peak times, with reports of 30–45 minute waits. Overall, the concept is solid, but it needs better reliability and wider coverage.

Recent reviews

I wanna call out specifically Valentina. Everytime a ride gets booked with her, she’s late, doesn’t show, or pulls in close to the pick up location and says I was a no show. Most recently I watched her pull into a drive thru before marking me as a no show and charging me additional money. Most everyone else is good, but she sucks. I’ve been in contact with UTA multiple times about it and so far, been denied a refund every time.
