Recent reviews

The ride was 2mins away and they suddenly switched me to a ride that’s 45mins away from my pickup location. Not to mention I was waiting for the first ride for 40mins already. This is insane and I absolutely hate Utah transit refuse to build bus line yet can’t even do well in a simple share ride app.

The app won’t let you buy a ticket outside of the area you’re in. I tried to go from Daybreak to City Creek and it wouldn’t let me. It’s a third party app not affiliated with UTA. Any money you initially charge your account with won’t be refunded for 3-7 business days. Just buy an All Day Pass at the kiosk.
