2026-01-14	SJ*****	I love that we have access to so many caregivers who are reliable, knowledgeable and experienced! Our three big dogs could be a challenge for some, but we’ve had great experiences with all the caregivers we’ve met through Shinyu. I recommend them to every pet lover I know!

2026-01-10	Ca*****	We have always had a hard time finding reliable dog sitters and we just had such a great first experience with Shinyu. They were able to find us an in home sitter with only 2 days notice and Kim was amazing! We definitely will be using them going forward. Thank you Kim and Shinyu!

2026-01-03	Be*****	Kim and Nina are amazing. I love coming home and my pups are happy and I can see that they have been loved and well cared for. If they overnight at my house I cannot tell they have been there, my home looks just like I left it. Kim and Nina are a part of our family. The peace of mind they give me when I have to leave helps me do my job even better. Highly recommend this company.

The personalized care and fantastic team absolutely set them apart when it comes to helping take care of my pup. Kim continues to be an amazing liaison and the walkers we’ve worked with (Nicole and Sydney) have been nothing but fantastic. Can’t thank them all enough for providing such an easy, affordable, and wonderful service!
