This app has a lot of good things: I like the videos, the schedules; but it has a terrible design when it comes to signing in multiple users (families with kids). It is a major inconvenience to have to sign all the way out and have to write down my email again, get the confirmation code, add zip code, choose the YMCA location, etc, etc, every single time I sign up one of my children for the kids zone… having multiple children, AND signing up my self to classes, and trying to stay signed in to use the barcode when I access the building… it is horrible!! Too much work. All that takes me too much time and it is very frustrating that there’s no way to stay signed in and only change profiles without having to do everything from scratch EVERY SINGLE DAY The other negative has to do with signing up and tracking for “challenges”. The only way to “track” my exercises is if I own an iwatch, I don’t have one, and it is a disadvantage when trying to participate. I hope the app can improve and it can be made more user friendly and inclusive.

My foster children have returned home to their parents (L.A. and J.J). I requested that their names be removed from my account since they no longer live with me. They were removed from the computer at the Y but both of them remain on my app when I go to check in. Their names are there when I slide to look for my other children so we can check in. I hope this won’t be an issue if their parents add them to a ymca account. No one has been able to help me remove their names and I have reported this issue to the office at least 5 times. I even deleted the app multiple times and added it back. Their names remain. This is a serious issue since they were a ward of the state. I wish someone could help me update my account.
