YMCA360 is valued for easy barcode check-ins, a solid workout video library, and rewards integration with local Y networks. However, users frequently encounter reliability problems (crashes, logins), data issues (check-ins/workouts not recording or syncing with Apple Health), and limited gym access (primarily one home location). Scheduling can be glitchy, sometimes redirecting outside the app, and the UI/data accuracy is inconsistent. Overall, core features work inconsistently; improvements are needed in reliability, multi-gym support, and scheduling.

Recent reviews

There is no way to look at schedules at any other nearby wise. The old app used to support this. But not this one! Even when you switch. Reference to look at another location, the schedules all continue to point to your original home location. Oh, and by the way, there’s no easy way to even temporarily change your home why to another to look at it schedules. You are blind for considering other options and schedules. So much for YMCA of Central Maryland selling the fact that there are so many locations and you can conveniently use them all. “Conveniently “meaning with no idea of the schedules?

This is a much better app than the previous version, I had no problem logging into the app. I wish they had the gym/pool/classes schedule available on the app. Maybe it will be available in future updates.
