Gateway Region YMCA Fitness App is a comprehensive fitness platform for YMCA members. Access requires a Gateway Region YMCA account and age 13 or older; Y members get it for free. It provides class schedules, activity tracking, weight and body metrics, a library of 2000+ exercises with clear 3D demonstrations, preset and custom workouts, and over 150 badges to earn. You can select workouts online and synchronize them with the app to work out at home or in the gym, while keeping progress in view. Apple Health sync automatically adds workouts to your Activity Calendar.

Recent reviews

I gave this a three, but it is mixed. I love my YMCA, I love the activities. I love the people, but this new app they have Amelia is in my opinion worse than what they had before and it’s very difficult to maneuver around it to get it to do what it should do or accomplish what you want to get done . so I actually give the Y a five star, but I only gave it three because of the Amelia App

I keep getting a messsge to change my password and that I will get an email in a few minutes to help with that. I didn’t get one yesterday and I tried again today and still haven’t gotten an email.
