Unable to use!

I received an email when I signed up and Missed the email verification, when I figure out why, I looked everywhere in the app to have the confirmation sent again. This option is not available, went to the YMCA office only to be told that it was an application issue and that I should try there again, I have tried responding to the email the link was sent from only to encounter that it’s not able to respond. So far I have not been able to reserve classes, see class schedules or figure out how to get assistance. Extremely disappointing and difficult to get support.
