Won’t connect to WiFi no matter what. 5g, 2g, range extender, nothing will work. Wasted hours trying to connect WiFi. Found a Reddit post from a year ago, support told him WiFi flat out don’t work with app. It may or may not be in a future update. False advertisement. One of the reasons I bought it cause it advertised WiFi connectivity. Nexfi connectivity is trash.

This app is not good. Can’t even see the temperature readings on a iPhone 15. Can’t set probe temperature as apparently I can’t see the entire screen as I put in the temp target but set temp button still ghosted out. Receipts disappointing layout. Not easy to find basic smoke instruction. One recipe just says set temp to medium. Please upgrade app asap. Just bought this smoker and app controls was a selling point.

Made an account once. Now when I login for my 3rd time smoking, it can’t find my account. Selected forgot password and it say’s to check my email but no verification code came. Tried creating a new account, asks me to check email for verification but no code ever came. Sooooo how am I suppose to use the app? 🤷🏻‍♂️
