Why is there a function to skip pre heating, when used doesn’t actually start the cooking count down? I’ve over cooked a couple times now since I set a time and it was wanting me to open and close the top, before it started counting down my time I set. Not sure it’s the app or the probe, but temps jump way up or down and no graph of the temperature is given. In so many cases the temp jumps way up from 20 deg lower to tell me I’ve over cooked my meat.😤
