Recent reviews

The app is generally ok and trending in the right direction. However, even according to their own front desk staff, the checkin on the app is very useless. You still have to do a checkin at their front desk, they ask you the same questions, they dispute if a co pay was already made - the app very clearly says so and so does my card statement - and they waste your time again. Showing them the QR code that signals completion of the checkin just leads to “no, that only shows you are not complete. Whoever designed that process should be fired immediately. Of course, that includes and should start with the responsible Director/Officer/EVP or whatever fancy title the most senior person in that chain has. Designing such a useless process and wasting significant amounts of corporate money and patients time is criminally bad. This is 2026 and very mediocre AI can do this better. Very disappointing!
