Required to get real time medical information in the ER and paperless billing. Intrusive and presumes that you want all your medical information, unrelated to Mt. Sinai, centralized and makes recommendations unrelated to what you were seen for. There sure be more opt out features. They are really overreaching. Update: I do not have any "challenges" with the app. The default settings are overly intrusive and presumptive.

Everything I enter in this application doesn't matter. I am asked to fill out all info twice on paper when I arrive. Documents filled out in app are meaningless..
