Plates Plus logbook

Plates Plus Logbook is the officially recognised electronic logbook for Tasmanian learner drivers. It automatically records driving practice (including weather conditions and day/night hours if location permission is granted) and works offline, syncing when you’re connected.

Plates Plus features include automatic recording, manual trip entry, totals tracking, automatic credit-hour calculations (e.g., 2-for-1 driving lessons and participation in RYDA), offline use with data backup when online, and submission of your completed logbook to the Department of State Growth. No supervisor account is required; only learner drivers need the app. To register you must hold a Tasmanian-issued learner licence.
