Laveer – Daily Self-Discovery

Laveer is a guided self-discovery app that helps you understand who you are, what you truly value, and how to make decisions you'll be proud of. It uses structured reflection drawn from centuries of wisdom—Stoic, philosophical, and psychological insights—made practical for everyday life.

This isn't therapy; it's self-knowledge that surfaces real thinking patterns and choices. Your data is private, encrypted, and deletable. A subscription unlocks the full experience, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan. Terms of Use: https://laveer.ai/terms-of-use • Privacy Policy: https://laveer.ai/privacy-policy

User Reviews

Users praise the engaging AI dialogues and self-discovery focus, along with philosophy lectures, but repeatedly cite issues with a 10‑minute limit, high pricing, frequent glitches and 24‑hour locks, and privacy/transparency concerns. A key gap is the lack of session transcripts. Overall, the app offers meaningful reflective conversations when functioning, but accessibility, cost, and reliability are common drawbacks.
Pros
  • Engaging and insightful AI-led dialogues with philosophical content and sages
  • Helps with self-discovery and personal growth through reflective questioning
  • Easy to use with quick daily sessions and concise prompts
  • Philosophical lectures from famous thinkers add value
  • Therapy-like, reflective experience that users find meaningful
Cons
  • 10-minute daily session limit is too restrictive and interrupts the flow
  • Subscription pricing is expensive, making it less accessible
  • App frequently glitches, ends sessions early, or requires a 24-hour wait
  • Privacy concerns about data sharing with multiple entities
  • No easy way to view transcripts or summaries of previous sessions; limited history

I’m currently doing the seven day trial of the app. I absolutely love it, but I’ve had to delete the app off my phone every day in order to be able to click on the begin button to begin the therapy session. I wish that the content would last more than 10 minutes because I feel that it does tap into some good questions and insights. .

I love this App and how it challenges me especially when it knows I’m capable of more. The push and pull is something I cherish, it’s not agreeable and makes me dig deeper for the cause of resistance. I highly recommend.
