Because their cancellation flow hides promo offers you have to click through before the cancellation actually goes through. Miss one and you’re still subscribed. That’s not an accident, that’s by design. When I asked for a refund, they said renewals aren’t covered under their money-back guarantee. I had to push just to get 50% back. Still waiting on the rest. If you sign up, screenshot every step of your cancellation. Don’t assume it’s done until you have written confirmation. This company makes it easy to subscribe and hard to leave. Not worth it.

I am so frustrated trying to get to the billing section, but I am stuck in a session. When I opened the app today, it brought me straight to a lesson. I did not want to start a lesson yet. I wanted to check billing.

I was skeptical that an app could help me after 30 years of talk therapy hadn’t. I was wrong. One day using Liven and the huge knot that lives inside of me is starting to lessen. I have gentle, caring feedback using the app, and a doable action that I did today, and will do tomorrow. As someone who has clinical depression, anxiety disorder, and PTSD, I know how hard the first step is. I highly recommend taking that first step with Liven. It is changing my life, and I believe it can change yours.
