It’s great for tracking BPD symptoms over time and I love the charts. There is an option for notes, which is important, and I wish they would use AI to summarize your notes into the charts/reports

I downloaded this app to check out dbt diary apps last week when my regular dbt app was inaccessible last week. It was a huge let down. They charge $9.99 / month for basic tracking while other apps do all these for free and only charge for content they develop. I checked out other apps by this developer - same thing. Basic trackers and $9.99/month. A money grabber. Seems like a template.. I am going back to what I have been using for 2 years..
