The app does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, psychiatrist, therapist or emergency service. It helps you record signals, prepare for conversations with a professional and choose one small next step when the day feels unclear.

• Review patterns around sleep, rhythm, stimulants, side effects and life areas.
• Export a PDF to prepare for a conversation with a professional.

Privacy: Journal text, phone numbers, crisis plans and personal notes are part of your app use. Product analytics does not include journal text, phone numbers or medical conclusions.

Subscription: Bipolar Tracker Plus adds longer history, deeper life-area patterns, PDF reports, rhythm overviews and gentle reminders. Purchases are managed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
