Not being able to turn off the 3 honks when closing the doors with the truck running is really unnecessary, it lets people know it’s running and it’s rude to folks sleeping when I get home but leave it running so it’s warm when I return

It doesn’t start all the time and I have to close the app and reopen at least 3x per week. I feel Ram could do better by their customers. The app costs $9.99 per month, and hope it doesn’t increase because I can’t afford it, so I can access my remote start and some other stuff I barely use. I can’t even make an appointment for service from the app even though it tells me my home department. My Mazda gives you their app service for free, which I expected from Ram after already paying what you pay for a new truck these days.

Ram has made it easy to lock/unlock my doors. Being able to start my vehicle from a distance while we traveled on vacation in Florida made it great to get into a truck that was already being cooled by the air conditioning.
