Very slow wake-up and unreliable connectivity to the car
Inconsistent remote unlocking/phone-as-key reliability and occasional failure to wake or unlock the car
Poor UI/UX design and privacy concerns (tiny icons with low contrast, extra unlock confirmation steps, mandatory location access, and data-sharing implications)
Login/logout issues and weak customer support (difficulty logging in/out and slow/no response from support)

Recent reviews

Improving a bit all the time. It’s very good. Still rarely doesn’t connect with vehicle but it’s rare and easy fixes by quitting and going back in. Lucid is second to none.

App needs to common sense. For example, the vehicle should not start just because you open the app, this is very inefficient and no other EV car app works that way. The app does not have a way to unlock the charging cable without unlocking the entire vehicle once the vehicle completed the charging cycle. Both should be independent and not trigger the vehicle to go into charging mode again once you open the app. App needs the ability to open the windows. When paying $150k for a vehicle, have comparable and better options when compared to a $30k EV. Let’s go Lucid…
