I really like this mood journal app. You can select from different moods, add a journal entry and data about how you’re feeling physically and connect to other data like health, weather, and sleep. There are also videos and exercises for breathing, meditation, etc. I like that it shows charts with trends by week or month, although I wish there was more flexibility in the trending displays and a way to share the overview analysis with someone rather than just sharing an export of the entries or just an in the moment notification. Overall it’s hard to beat that it’s totally free and no ads!

Love this app, it takes something as uncomfortable as tracking emotions and makes it so pleasurable 💖
