CentraXX Patient App

By using the CentraXX Patient App, patients undergoing treatment or participating in studies are given access to all data stored about them in a corresponding CentraXX instance. Keep in touch with clinical or study staff by filling out relevant questionnaires in the app to document your therapy progress or contribute with valuable information for treatment and research. Health data may be transferred to your clinic/facility through Apple Health, but only if they choose to allow it and you have personally consented to its use. With the messaging system, you are always in touch with your contacts and can easily clarify queries. All data is transferred and stored encrypted and the app is unlocked by a password or biometric features such as fingerprint or face scan.

You will receive your personal access data from your participating clinic/facility.

The collection, storage and processing of your personal health information and other personal data in the context of use of the app is carried out by the facility where you are receiving treatment and thus falls under the sole responsibility of your treating facility. For the use of the app, in particular for the associated processing of your health data by your treating facility, the respective privacy policy provided by the facility applies, which you will find within the app and on the website of the facility.
