Body Activities Each activity includes an animated window which shows how to carry out each activity and explains to you the benefits and mechanics of each activity. The animated window includes a video, visual directions, written directions and a timer. Wisdom tool The Wisdom tool is designed to help keep you motivated throughout the day by providing you with snapshots of insightful information, which helps you look at situations from different perspectives and tackle problems. Work Smarter tool Work can often be overwhelming and can significantly increase stress. Work Smarter provides tools to help you work smarter, helping you to prioritise and organise workload. Scheduled Microbreaks Tailor the frequency of your microbreaks to suit your working style and demands; the optimum time between microbreak is between 20 - 30 minutes. Pain avoidance Some injuries or disabilities may be worsened by carrying out an exercise in the targeted area. Using the Pain Avoidance tool will enable you to identify areas for the program to exclude. Scenes Microbreak includes calming images of nature and countryside from around the world which can be viewed during an activity to help calm the mind and reduce distractions.
