You can also use the Apple Health to share your step, sleep, heart rate and workout data between CardioMood App and Apple Health. You can manage Apple Health settings in the Apple Health App and turn on writing of step, sleep, heart rate and workout analysis.

ACTIVITY See a breakdown of daily steps, calories burned, and total distance, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal.

SLEEP MONITORING See your sleep stages — REM, deep, light — and discover your ideal bedtime and how many times you woke up.

HEART RATE Always keep an eye on your heart beats. Follow changes and trends in your nighttime resting heart rate.

STRESS & HRV Watch your stress level and heart rate variability during the day as well as at night.

PERSONAL INSIGHTS Insights give you an understanding of the state of your body with actionable guidance on how to act and improve.

WEEKLY TRENDS View your daily and weekly trends, discover how your choices and environment affect your body.

GOALS View a daily summary of steps, calories, workouts, sleep, and combined progress toward the goals you’ve set for yourself.

CLOUD BACKUP & RESTORE Save all your activity and sleep data securely to the cloud. Then easily restore it on any device.

I’ve used CardioMood for seven months now in conjunction with an Apple Watch. I find the data gathered by the CardioMood to be comprehensive. There are some metrics that I don’t understand but power users will likely benefit from the granular HRV values logged and charted throughout the day and over time. The Brpm, SPO2 are useful indicators of my sleep quality and how well I’m breathing. The app and bracelet are updated regularly. The app is free to use with bracelet purchase which is a big plus.

Heart rate tracking while doing any sort of cardio has been very unreliable. I've contacted support multiple times about this but they haven't responded at all. I'd stay away from this product.
