My Duke Health

Note: This replaces the existing MyChart app for Duke patients. The My Duke Health app puts your health at the center, giving you secure access to health information for you and your family whenever you want it. You can see urgent care wait times, find a Duke doctor, access Duke's approved health resource library, and explore Duke Virtual Urgent Care offerings.

You can log in to conduct video visits, review test results, manage medications, schedule appointments, view visit summaries and doctors’ notes, pay medical bills, and share your health information securely. The app also supports proxy access for family members, connects patient accounts from other hospitals, and can link to Apple HealthKit to share data from your mobile devices.
