Baptist OneCare is a Chrome extension that provides secure, browser-based access to Baptist Memorial's MyChart for patients. With MyChart, you can view your medical records from anywhere and anytime.

Features include viewing test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations; scheduling appointments and requesting prescription renewals; messaging your care team; organizing all medical information into a single personal health record; and paying bills online. You can also upload health and fitness data, including data from Apple Health, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
