MyURMedicine is a Chrome extension for UR Medicine patients that provides quick, secure access to your MyChart records. Get your medical history on the go, locate UR Medicine hospitals and clinics, and explore information about UR Medicine specialists and wellness resources.

With MyChart, you can view test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations; request appointments and prescription renewals; send messages to your health care team; organize all medical information into one personal health record; view and pay your bill online; and upload health data, including data from Apple Health when enrolled in self-tracking programs. You need a MyChart account to access the features.
