Texas Health MyChart is a mobile patient portal that gives you secure access to your health information and care team. From your phone, you can review test results, request medication refills, view immunization history, stay in touch with your care team, and schedule or manage appointments.

Additionally, you can upload health and fitness data (including Apple Health data when enrolled in self-tracking programs), access your family's records, receive health reminders, and complete health history questionnaires. New users can create an account at MyChart.TexasHealth.org, and help is available at MyChartHelp@TexasHealth.org.

It is a pleasure to have your test results , appointments and other helpful information at your fingertips. I appreciate this app very much and the additional information from Baylor Scott & White is another great benefit of to the users of this app. I have doctors on other apps and they are almost useless compared to Texas Health (Baylor S&W). Thank you for this investment for the patient.
