Getting started is simple: create a MyChart account at mykelseyonline.com, install the MyKelsey extension, and sign in. For help accessing your account, call 713-442-6526 (7 a.m.–9 p.m.). For feedback, email mykelseysupport@kelsey-seybold.com. This extension emphasizes secure access and privacy while streamlining health information for you and your care team, wherever you are.
