User Reviews

Overall mixed reviews: many users praise the app for being easy to use, the comfortable sock design, the peace of mind from monitoring, and strong pumping features that allow control and tracking from a phone. However, repeated issues undermine the experience: frequent connectivity problems between the sock/base and the app or pumps, app crashes and lag, intrusive ads and a push toward a separate Eufy app, and unreliable sensor readings. In short, reliable operation is intermittent; when it works, it’s valuable, but stability and UX need improvement.
Pros
  • Easy to use and user-friendly app interface.
  • Comfortable wearable sock monitor and baby-friendly design.
  • Peace of mind from monitoring the baby's status and sleep.
  • Effective pumping app features: remote control of heating and pumping settings, plus milk tracking.
  • Travel-friendly pumping with the S1 Pro and charging case.
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity issues and disconnections between the sock/base and the app or pumps, requiring restarts.
  • App crashes, freezes, and lag especially on the dashboard, leading to poor reliability.
  • Intrusive ads and forced migration to the main Eufy app, disrupting user experience.
  • Unreliable or incomplete readings (e.g., heart rate and O2) and data syncing issues under certain conditions.
  • Dependence on constant internet connectivity (Wi-Fi/cellular) to log data, which can be problematic in spotty areas.

I was so excited to find an alternative to the Owlet. This app is terrible. Half the time it doesn’t track heart rate or O2 levels. I have to restart the app and the sock base at least twice a week. I reached out to “24/7” customer service and got a bot. Don’t offer 24/7 if I can’t talk to an actual human. Just save yourself the trouble and spend the extra.

I’ve had the app for a little over a year now and it’s been a struggle everyday at some point. The sound will cut off and on with you having to constantly close and restart the app. Like multiple times. It fails to keep signal even though I’m in my own house with my own Wi-Fi. Also every now and then, it will switch video quality so sometimes it’s really clear at night and other times it’s a pixilated mess. When the app is working like it supposed to, it’s good
