Intrusive ads and forced migration to the main Eufy app, disrupting user experience.
Unreliable or incomplete readings (e.g., heart rate and O2) and data syncing issues under certain conditions.
Dependence on constant internet connectivity (Wi-Fi/cellular) to log data, which can be problematic in spotty areas.

Cons: Doesn’t always connect. Have to close app and reopen and try again a few times before video properly shows up. Pros: has background noise so you can hear what’s going on through the camera even if your phone is not in the app.
