I only take my time to leave really good reviews or really bad ones… The quality of the video is poor, even with the “HD feature” on. You can’t even zoom in/out, so the cam has to practically be on top of the baby. I decided to give it a try, and since I wasn’t crazy about it I was going to cancel my trial. Forgot to do so, of course. Requested a refund, maybe 2 days in, and got denied. Claiming this purchase is not eligible for refund…huge question mark! What exactly would make it available for a refund? I would gladly pay $50+ for something that merits the cost - this app does not!
