The app is ok, but very glitchy. Constantly freezes from the camera, and seems like we’re always having to reset it or something to get it to work properly. Currently, it’s not showing any of the recordings and when I contacted support, and keep getting told that nobody is available to assist. What good is a camera monitor if the video is always freezing/glitching and you can’t even see what’s happening in the past because it no longer shows. My son has somehow fallen out of bed twice in the past week, and somehow, the camera wasn’t recording the motion, even though it will record if his finger flinches in his sleep. Not good to say the least. Has gotten worse. Half the time you can’t even see anything because the video won’t load. Tried contacting customer service and keep having various different people tell me to try the same things over and over again. If it didn’t work the first 2-3 times, why would it work now?!

App used to be good but recently the app continues to crash.

It's ridiculous how bad the loading is...just circles for 5 minutes showing an empty bed that I know my child is in. Why haven't they improved this yet? I have good WiFi. It's not a problem with my network. Please, please fix this.
