The staff are very helpful, especially Jane at the Deal station. I am visually impaired and it helps to have passenger assist

Will not allow you to buy tickets with railcard prices unless you have bought your railcard in the app. In other words, there is no way to transfer a railcard purchases elsewhere—e.g., through National Rail or in person—to your account. And you cannot select railcard prices unless you have a railcard loaded into your account. In effect, this makes the app useless for me.
