Designed in consultation with people prioritising accessibility, Passenger Assistance aims to simplify the journey planning process and improve confidence when travelling by rail.

Plan end-to-end assisted journeys across multiple Train Operating Companies. Create your profile to capture wheelchair use, assistance dogs, or non-visible impairments, and tell us your journey details (from, to, date, time) so staff have what they need. Send requests to book assistance directly to operators; you’ll be notified when bookings are confirmed, and you can complete your ticket. Built with input from disabled users to remove uncertainty and delays, with plans to extend to other transport modes in the future.
