When I get a notification that there is a message, after I review the message, the notification does not go away.

Most of the time I give up trying to contact my office because it takes so long for the app to just load on my iPhone 16 Pro. It says I have messages but can’t see them anywhere. Very intermittent with working.

I can’t see any open shifts only messages. I did call IT an they can’t really help I uninstalled the app restarted my phone and I still can’t see open shifts only messages.
