This is an amazing tool that not only gives me instant readings but it also helps me plan for meals and activities which in turn has helped my wellbeing and attitude. I thought at almost 68 this would be it. Slightly overweight, weakened and resolved to be uncomfortable in my own body. NOT NOW. I am so happy. It’s created better awareness so that I can change my habits that were not helping me. So, if you’re looking for a way to understand what your body is doing and how to improve your health. This is the key!

There is a bug in the current version of the app in which the arrow does not change. It always stays steady. Also disappointed in the feedback that the app gives based on the meals that you put in and such especially with AI these days it should be able to do so much more to help me make better decisions on my food.
