Tabata Timer is a fast, intuitive HIIT/interval timer for Chrome. Start a workout with a single button and customize every interval: prepare, work, rest, rest between sets, and cool down, plus the number of cycles and sets. Each interval can be configured individually to create any interval workout. It includes a voice assistant with text-to-speech and the option to attach interval descriptions that will be displayed and spoken, bright UI colors, and a ducking feature to lower your music volume when timer sounds.

Additional features include a list of saved workouts, a Quick Workout for fast setup, and display modes such as Tabata Protocol, Rounds, Stopwatch, and Intervals. Tabata is a form of HIIT that cycles 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for eight rounds. This extension helps you train efficiently and consistently.
