The method doesn’t work. It will tell you that you may lost 10 lbs of fat in one day, or gain five lbs of muscle which is impossible. It has consistently told me that my water is super low, yet my doctors say that I’m drinking way too much and need to cut back. The visceral fat didn’t budge even after a 21 day fast. I’ve lost 140 pounds, and I’ve lost a lot of visceral fat, but this scale says I haven’t. I still use it just to mostly track weight loss for the next 80 - 90 pounds. I wouldn’t waste my money on buying another one of these. I’ll likely be throwing this away soon and buying something more accurate.

I need help fixing an issue in which the app keeps saying I have no connection. I can’t add new people to the family tab because of it so it’s bothersome
