It was working great. Now showing “ErrH” and doesn’t show fat hydration etc. pls help

After the last update the app reads the data on the scale but it wont save the data on it. If i close it, i see an older weight that I’ve retrieved long ago.

I love the app when it works. A lot of times I try to sync it and it just never sends the numbers. I get on and off the scale trying time and time again for it to only work occasionally. It really affects how often I log my progress, but if the developers worked on whatever glitch that is (or guided me in case it’s user error) the app would be amazing 100% of the time! I’d also like to suggest that for when it does work to make the errors indicating how body fat, muscle, hydration, etc have changed to be green if they’re going in a positive direction. I’d like it to have that option at least instead of looking at solely red arrows. I would love to have both red and green dependent on the direction my body is going. Thank you!
