Most reviewed issues center on usability and access: the ClinCard app largely fails to transfer funds, and card usage is frequently declined. Mastercard ClinCard users often find the app incompatible, while Visa users may still struggle with login problems and account locks. The app also trips over bugs, freezes, and incomplete bank/Wallet integrations, leading to poor customer support experiences.

Recent reviews

Transfer to my personal account is not working. Clearly app is not operational given my personal account has been verified both in the app and browser. Better results for me using on browser and not the app. Customer service was less than helpful throughout.
