My ClinCard® app users commonly report severe functionality issues such as frequent app crashes, white screens post-login, and critical problems with transferring funds to linked bank accounts. Many experience login troubles and find the fingerprint authentication unreliable. Despite claims that the card works as a Visa debit card, numerous users report declined transactions. Customer support does not adequately resolve these issues, causing a frustrating experience.
