Recent reviews

You can’t have the same password as the website. I’ve gone through 4+ passwords because the app seems to lose them. The latest fiasco; it sent a reset to my phone, yet another password to make up, then it wanted to send a code to my phone but didn’t know I was in the US, so I had to go down the list to US for +1 on the phone (wouldn’t let me put in +1) yet before it sent a reset to my phone. Then when I logged on to the app it gave a message “Tenured channel not available for selected address”. What a great app to waste your time on!!!

I enter my username and password ( the EXACT SAME credentials that I log into to website with) and it says incorrect UN or PW. This has been going on for months and support basically says be happy that I can at least still use the website.
