Horrible Horrible Horrible This App Glitches So Bad To Where You Can’t Even Check On Your Funds I HATE THIS COMPANY THEIR CARD AND EVERYTHING

My tax preparer had my refund loaded onto a card without my permission. She was able to set up the account and withdraw money from my card without my consent. Subsequently, she gave my card to someone else, who also set up another account. The new account was established in February 2025, but I did not receive the card until March 15, 2025. When I requested a new card on April 8, 2025, I never received it. I called back to request another card with express shipping on April 10, 2025. Although the website states that express shipping takes 2 business days, the customer service representative informed me that it actually takes 3 to 5 business days. After the 5 business days passed without receiving the card, I called again. I was told that the card was not shipped express but rather through standard shipping, which takes 7 to 10 business days. Those days passed, and when I called back again, I was informed that the card was lost in transit. Another card was supposed to be shipped on May 2, 2025, via express shipping; however, I never received that card either. When I called today, I was told that the card scheduled for May 2, 2025, had never been processed. Now, they need to send me yet another card, and I have to wait an additional 3 to 5 business days. At this point, I am frustrated and confused. My funds have been in this account for over a month, and I have no way of accessing my money. This situation is unacceptable on all accounts. I would not recommend anyone for this card service.

I can see my balance without logging in. When I want to do other things with the app, it doesn’t recognize my BD. It DOES recognize me on my computer. Same BD. DUH!
